Mr. Rahul Jain

Mr. Rahul Jain is an investment banker with nearly a decade of work experience in real estate financing. He is responsible for driving the strategy, investor relations and fund-raising requirements of the firm.

Rahul brings deep understanding of Mumbai’s real estate opportunity, a key for launching new projects for the company. Over a period of time, he has built relationships with landowners, real estate players, financiers and bankers to ensure optimal and efficient use of resources.

Rahul’s expertise encapsulates the various nuances of realty including structured finance, deal closures and negotiations across entities. Having worked in non-realty sectors previously, he is able to lend a 360 degree perspective to build a competitive strategy.
