Sales Manager
Candidate should be from real estate industry having worked at a senior level, preferably, an MBA with minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales of residential or commercial projects. Suitable candidates should have a proven record of achieving higher sales during past two years. Candidate will have to develop business plans and sales strategies, prepare action plans for effective lead management and sales execution.
Channel Sales Manager
Candidate should have an experience of minimum 5 years in sales of residential or commercial projects in the real estate industry. Candidate should ensure that each segment and project meets the sales targets from channel partners. He/she should develop a healthy investor database through channel partners and regularly update them with products and pricing.
